Conditions for Free Website Hosting and Free Use of Pre-installed Website
The provision of free website hosting, as defined in the website package or offer, is valid for one year from the date of payment and is linked to the client's domain. During this period, the client must comply with the terms of use.
The free hosting is activated after the registration or transfer of the domain to istodimiourgies.gr and is provided exclusively for the website in accordance with the package.
During the free hosting period, only the upload of text and images to the server/website is allowed, as well as the display of videos from YouTube via links. Any other type of content is prohibited.
The free website hosting packages are linked to the purchased product and are subject to limitations on the available storage space.

13. Technical Support
The client confirms that they possess the necessary knowledge to use the services offered by istodimiourgies.gr and acknowledges that istodimiourgies.gr is not obligated to transfer this knowledge to the client or to provide training.

15.2 istodimiourgies.gr reserves the right to offer packages or promotions with more favorable terms or prices than those in effect at the time of the client’s original purchase of the services, and may even offer these services completely free of charge for promotional purposes. These changes in prices and terms do not affect the existing contract prices.
15.3 The price paid by the client to istodimiourgies.gr for the provision of a service never changes after the order has been placed. istodimiourgies.gr reserves the right to change at any time the resources and prices of the hosting services displayed on the website for purchase by future clients.

16. Payments
a. For identification and transaction security purposes, the client, if requested by istodimiourgies.grmust provide additional information, such as an ID card or passport, etc.
b. If the client does not provide the required information or if the transaction cannot be successfully verified by istodimiourgies.grthen the company has the right not to provide the service and not to refund the amount charged in connection with this transaction.
c. In any case, the client must confirm that istodimiourgies.gr they have received a notification regarding the payment of their purchase or subscription and that they have activated/renewed the services for which they paid.
Payment via Bank Deposit
The client has the option to pay for their orders via deposit to the company's bank account (any additional costs or deposit fees are the responsibility of the client). Payment via Electronic Deposit through E-Banking

17. Termination of Services/Contracts
This service contract may be terminated by either party without cause. istodimiourgies.gr is not obligated to refund the agreed amount for the remaining period from the termination date until the original expiration of the contract, if the termination is requested by the client or if the contract is terminated by istodimiourgies.gr due to a breach of the terms by the client.
If the client states that they do not wish to continue the services, istodimiourgies.gr terminates the operation of the client's website and deletes it from its servers without further notice.
Η istodimiourgies.gr reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or withdraw the services it provides to the client, at its discretion, with or without notice, and bears no responsibility for any consequences, positive or negative, arising from the termination of a website from its server or the deactivation of a hosting account with the automatic removal and deletion of the website’s content. In any case, the recovery of files from the website hosting account is subject to a fee.
If the client has one or more unpaid services on their account, the istodimiourgies.gr reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete all of their domains or hosting accounts, whether paid or unpaid, without the obligation to provide backups to the client.
Η istodimiourgies.gr reserves the right to cancel an account, including files and content, for any reason, at any time. The client agrees to maintain backup copies of all files and databases hosted on istodimiourgies.gr and agrees that istodimiourgies.gr is not responsible for data loss. The client is responsible for creating backups of their data and for maintaining copies of their content and emails.
The client, if they no longer wish to continue with the services of istodimiourgies.grmust notify this via email to istodimiourgies.grUpon submission of the form, a confirmation email of receipt is automatically sent to the client. If the client does not receive the confirmation email, they must contact istodimiourgies.gr.
In case of late payment, services are scheduled to be automatically suspended after the subscription expires. The following day, the client's account is set to a suspended state for seven (7) days, during which a new notification is sent. If within these days the payment for the subscription renewal is not made or no communication is received from the client to resolve the issue, the hosting account is permanently deleted along with the hosted website or the pre-installed website, the content uploaded by the client to the server, and their emails. istodimiourgies.gr has no obligation to maintain backups for deactivated or expired subscriptions, and the responsibility for the website files/data, website content, and emails rests solely with the client.

18. Money-Back Guarantee
The purchase of a pre-installed website package includes a 15-day money-back guarantee. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided by istodimiourgies.grhas the option to cancel the purchase or subscription within 15 days from the date of purchase or subscription by submitting a request for contract cancellation. Otherwise, it will be considered that the client consents to the continuation of the service and waives their right to a refund. After the 15th day from the purchase or payment of the subscription, no refund will be provided.
In the event of a cancellation of the pre-installed website purchase within 15 days, the purchase amount will be refunded to the client. If the purchase includes additional costs (such as domain name purchase, hosting rental, SSL purchase, third-party or bank fees, installation fees, additional services), these amounts will be deducted before the refund is issued to the client. The guarantee only covers the purchase price of the website and not other services or products provided by istodimiourgies.gr.
For the refund request to be valid, the client must submit a request via email to istodimiourgies.grIf the client has used the website or the istodimiourgies.gr has provided services with their consent, the right to a refund is canceled in accordance with applicable law.
Violation of any term will result in the non-refund of any amount to the client.

Agrees not to disclose to third parties any confidential information, such as documents, reports, software, etc.
Both parties agree that the information exchanged during the execution of the contract is confidential and subject to confidentiality, both during and after its termination.

22. Liability – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, the obligations of the parties are suspended without penalty for the duration of the event. Force majeure must be notified by one party to the other in writing, and failure to promptly reject it is considered acceptance.
